Adam Ross

Adam Ross serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at Bunge since June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Global Talent Management at Tenneco from April 2018 to February 2023. Prior to that, Adam held pivotal positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as Director of HR Transformation and Director of Talent Strategy & Change Management. A strong background in talent management was further established at Monsanto Company as Director of Talent Management. Early in their career, Adam contributed to NASA in various roles, including Manager of Organization Development and Change Management, and Program Manager of Leadership Development, starting in January 2004. Adam holds a Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bowling Green State University.
