Anu Opanuga

Anu Opanuga is a Senior Manager of Marketing for Global Plant Protein at Bunge since August 2021. Prior to this role, Anu held various positions at Ingredion Incorporated from May 2013 to August 2021, including Business Development & Marketing Manager for Kerr, Associate Business Manager for Emerging Business, Associate Manager of Marketing overseeing a $30MM portfolio of specialty sweeteners, and Quality Documentation Specialist. Anu holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Chemistry with an emphasis on Biochemistry from Chicago State University.
