Brian Armstrong

Brian Armstrong currently serves as Vice President of R&D and Innovation at Bunge since March 2019, following a role as Senior Director of Product Development at Bunge North America from July 2015 to March 2019. Prior to that, Brian held several positions at Kellogg Company from September 2003 to July 2015, including Director of Global Wholesome Snacks R&D and R&D Technical Manager. Brian began his career as a Food Technologist at Gardetto's (General Mills) and Baptista's Bakery (Snyder's-Lance) from June 1996 to September 2003, focusing on extruded baked snacks and private label snack development. Brian holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between January 1997 and December 2000.
