Drew H. Yaeger

Drew H. Yaeger currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Director of Corporate & Securities at Bunge, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Drew held the position of Associate General Counsel at Edward Jones from November 2015 to January 2020, providing counsel on licensing, regulatory, and insurance matters. Experience also includes serving as an associate at Lewis Rice LLC from 2013 to October 2015, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities. Earlier legal experience was gained at Thompson Coburn LLP from 2010 to 2013, where Drew worked on general corporate matters, regulatory filings, and compliance. Drew earned a Juris Doctor degree in Business Transactional Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music with minors in Physics and French Literature from Duke University.
