Erik Schweitzer

Erik Schweitzer is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as the Director of Global Engineering at Bunge Loders Croklaan since June 2001, where responsibilities include managing the process engineering team in Europe and coordinating global engineering activities related to edible oils processing within IOI. Previous roles include Manager of Process Engineering in Europe and Project Engineer for significant projects, such as the 2010 AMRO II project and the 2011 4G project, both focusing on the establishment of new edible oil refineries and innovative processing technologies. Earlier career experiences encompass positions as Process Engineer at Unilever Research Vlaardingen, Product Development Manager at LogicaCMG, and Project Manager at KTI Corporation. Erik Schweitzer earned an MSc in Chemical Technology from Delft University of Technology, completing the program between 1984 and 1995.
