Lindsey Chadzynski

Lindsey Chadzynski, MA, is an experienced leader in transformation and program management, currently serving as Director of Transformation, Change, and Program Management, as well as Director of Employee Experience & Services at Bunge since May 2023. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Head of Innovative Medicines Launch Excellence, Global Planning & Operations - Tech Transformation at Novartis from March 2022 to April 2023. With a strong digital background, Lindsey served as Director and Digital Client Partner at Pfizer Digital from September 2014 to May 2022 and also held various roles during tenure at Accenture and Local Wisdom, Inc. Lindsey's earlier experience includes roles at Edelman and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, along with academic contributions as an Undergraduate Instructor at the University of Delaware. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Delaware.
