Maximilian Pagel

Maximilian Pagel is currently the Manager of Business Development and M&A at Bunge, starting in October 2023. Previously, Maximilian worked at Nestlé as a Project Manager in Group Strategy and Business Development, where responsibilities included analyzing the retail landscape and market trends. Prior to that, at Roland Berger, Maximilian served as a Senior Consultant specializing in Strategy Consulting for Food & Agribusiness, developing growth strategies and conducting strategic and operational assessments across multiple international markets. Earlier experiences include internships at prestigious firms such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, among others. Maximilian holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a BSc in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
