Raúl Blanco Salvador

Raúl Blanco Salvador has over two decades of experience in human resources and global rewards management. Since February 2012, Raúl has worked at Bunge as the Manager of the Global Total Rewards Team, contributing to the global strategy and ensuring alignment in compensation practices, benefits, and mobility across countries. Prior to this role, from 2012 to 2019, Raúl served as the Compensation Manager for Spain and Portugal and as HR Manager at the Barcelona Industrial Plant. Earlier, from June 2000 to October 2011, Raúl was the Human Resources Manager at Jijonenca, overseeing a workforce of 200 employees across two industrial plants. Raúl's career in human resources began as a Generalist at Jijonenca in 1998. Raúl holds a Labour Relations High School Diploma from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and a Bachelor's degree in Work Sciences from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
