Renato Bragatto

Renato Bragatto has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global HR Operations and Service Delivery at Bunge since November 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations in over 40 countries for approximately 25,000 employees. Prior roles at Bunge include Sr. Director of HR Operations, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition for South America, and Sr. Director of HR Operations and Compensation, focusing on compensation strategies, labor relations, and HR performance management. Earlier in Renato Bragatto's career, leadership was demonstrated as Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Cielo, where the focus was on HR strategy and culture transformation, and as Coordinator of Personnel Administration at Novação S.A.
