Abigail David, SHRM-SCP

Abigail David, SHRM-SCP has a long and varied work experience. Abigail started their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative at Wipro BPS. Abigail then moved to Sitel in 2007 as a Training Specialist in Learning & Development, where they facilitated training programs on customer service, communication and cultural sensitivity. In 2010, they moved to Wipro Infotech as a Behavioral Training Manager in Learning & Development, where they program managed country-wide training initiatives and created role-based talent assessments, competency frameworks, and training plans. In 2015, they took an extended leave and moved continents. In 2016, they worked as a Staffing Project Manager at Amazon, where they managed end to end project management of volume staffing for 'Seasonal Hiring' across 26 Amazon Fulfillment Centers. In 2017, they joined The KPM Group as a Leadership & Executive Hiring recruiter, focusing on building long-term candidate relationships. From 2019 onwards, they have been working as Director Talent Management at Bungee, where they partner with leadership to maximize employee engagement, serves as an employee advocate, facilitates open communication and manages HR compliance processes.

Abigail David has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Bedes College, where they studied English and Political Science from 2002 to 2005. In 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Abigail also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington, which they obtained in 2022. Additionally, they are a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst from Training Solutions Ltd (TSL) and a Coach Consultant from Bell.
