Chris Butcher

Chris Butcher has held various leadership roles at Bungie, including Engineering Director for the Tiger Engine, Incubation, and overall tools engineering department. He also served as the Technical Director for project Destiny at its concept development stage. Prior to Bungie, Chris worked at Microsoft as a Development Lead, contributing to the Halo series. His career began at Iconix, Ltd, where he worked on embedded software engineering projects. Chris holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Otago.
