James Duffy

James Duffy is a QA Director at Bungie, overseeing the Central Technology business unit since December 2016. With a strong progression in roles at Bungie, James has held titles including Senior QA Manager and QA Lead, focusing on various projects within the Destiny 2 franchise. Prior to Bungie, James worked at WB Games Boston as a Systems and UX Designer for the Game of Thrones mobile game and contributed to the design and balance of champions in Infinite Crisis. James's career began at 38 Studios as an Embedded Tester on Project Copernicus, and also includes experience as a Teacher Assistant at New England Institute of Technology. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Game Design and Simulation Programming from New England Institute of Technology.
