Jimmy Ladd

Mr. Ladd is a Chief Building Inspector and Technician with over 19 years of experience in building code inspection, construction quality assurance inspection, testing, and reporting, of geotechnical explorations, erosion and sediment controls, and construction consulting. Mr. Ladd primarily provides building inspection services for the Construction Materials Department.

Mr. Ladd is approved by the SCLLR as a continuing education provider for building code officials and special inspectors in South Carolina. Mr. Ladd is an OSHA Authorized instructor and provides safety training for industry construction personnel.

Mr. Ladd holds licenses and/or certifications from SCLLR, ICC, NICET, ACI, SCDOT, and AWCI. Mr. Ladd enjoys football, and spending time with his family.
