W. Bryan Howard

Mr. Howard is a Senior Engineer and Branch Manager for BLE's Columbia, SC office. With more than two decades of experience, he manages all BLE’s transportation-related projects, ensuring that SCDOT, city, and county requirements are met with regard to roadway design, pavement design, geotechnical engineering, and quality control. His project experience ranges from residential infrastructure development to interstate highways and county contract management.

Mr. Howard previously served as manager for the firm’s Asheville, North Carolina branch office from 2005 to 2011 where he was responsible for project quality assurance, marketing, and overall office management. He returned to BLE’s corporate headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina in 2011. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering degree from Clemson University and is a registered Professional Engineer in SC and NC. Bryan enjoys golf, softball, canoeing, and Clemson football.
