Alana Pacheco

Alana Pacheco has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alana currently holds the position of Talent Partner at bunq since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Happeo from May 2022 to November 2022, where they managed full-cycle recruitment, advised hiring managers, and supported employer branding initiatives.

Before that, Alana worked at Salesforce from April 2021 to November 2022 in different roles. Alana first started as a Junior Technical Recruiter and later became an Employee Recruiting Senior Coordinator. In these positions, they focused on improving the candidate and hiring experience, supported various teams, and actively sourced candidates. Alana also worked as a Tech Recruiter at CPQi Group from February 2021 to March 2021, where they supported the recruitment process for the North American team.

In addition to their corporate experience, Alana has also worked as an Online Portuguese Tutor/Coach at Preply from May 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they gained HR experience as an HR Trainee at Gastroville from January 2018 to June 2019, where they led the full-cycle recruitment process and implemented efficient hiring processes. Alana also worked as a Financial Analyst at Gastroville from July 2015 to August 2017, where they handled financial processes and oversaw payments and invoices.

Alana started their career as an Intern at Bosch Rexroth from February 2015 to July 2015, where they supported supplier follow-ups and assisted the team in various tasks. Alana also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Gastroville from August 2013 to November 2014, where they handled invoices, updated expense reports, and supported HR processes.

Alana Pacheco's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Alana pursued a degree in Human Resources and Organization Management from VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia. Alana also completed a Curso in Administration and Business from the University of Borås. Alana obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology/Information Systems from Senac Brasil. Additionally, Alana earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau.
