Artem Baulin, FRM

Artem Baulin, FRM, has extensive work experience in the financial risk management field. Artem currently serves as the Senior Financial Risk Officer at bunq, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, Artem worked at VTB Capital as a Market Risk Analyst from August 2016 to June 2022. Artem also held the position of Risk Manager at Alfa Capital from August 2015 to July 2016, and worked as a Risk Analyst at NPF Sberbank from October 2013 to July 2015. Artem began their career at Europe Finance, where they served as an Intern, Project Manager, and Financial Analyst from January 2012 to June 2013.

Artem Baulin, FRM, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, and Stock Market from the Higher School of Economics, which they obtained in 2013. Artem then pursued a Master's degree in Financial Engineering at the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they attended the Center of Mathematical Finance (CMF), Quantitative Analytics program at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).

In terms of additional certifications, Artem Baulin obtained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in August 2016. Artem also earned the ФСФР 1.0 and ФСФР 5.0 certifications from the Federal Service for Financial Markets of the Russian Federation in March 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Hedge Fund Fundamentals certification from Europe Finance in August 2012.
