Bengisu Ulusu

Bengisu Ulusu has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Process Automation Engineer at bunq. Prior to that, they worked at Getir as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects using Agile methodology.

Before their time at Getir, Bengisu worked at TEB, where they served as a BPM Design and Development Specialist. In this role, they designed banking processes to optimize efficiency and managed various projects. Bengisu also conducted user experience research to identify needs and pain points.

Prior to TEB, Bengisu worked at Garenta as a Business Development and Collaborations Representative. Bengisu was responsible for the successful launch of the MOOV by Garenta mobile application and increasing its usage. Bengisu collaborated with a design agency and identified high-rental rate locations to position as park stations.

During their internship at Garenta, Bengisu held the position of Chief Young Officer as part of the Anadolu Group's CYO program. Here, they automated the manual forecasting process using Excel VBA for GarentaDAY, a short-term rental brand.

Overall, Bengisu Ulusu has experience in process automation, project management, banking process design, user experience research, business development, and Excel VBA automation.

Bengisu Ulusu completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, from the year 2013 to 2018. Later on, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in User Experience from Kadir Has University, from 2020 to 2021.
