Gerel Tsedenova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Receptionist at The White Suites Hotel for two months. From 2019 to 2019, they served as an Administrative Assistant at FIDE - World Chess Federation for three months. Starting in 2013, Gerel began freelancing as a Translator until 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Second Line Support at bunq as of July 2022.

Gerel Tsedenova's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Athens University of Economics and Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International and European Economic Studies in 2014. Following this, Gerel pursued further education at The American College of Greece from 2014 to 2018, earning a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

In 2019, Gerel enrolled in the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and completed a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management in 2021.

Alongside their formal education, Gerel also attained several additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the First Certificate in Greek from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Additionally, in 2011, they acquired the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge, followed by the First Certificate in English in 2010, also from the University of Cambridge.
