Vivaldi Asturias has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Starting in 2012, Vivaldi worked as a Project Assistant at the Ministry of Public Work, where they managed the engagement between local and central government and performed various research and administrative tasks.

In 2013, Vivaldi worked as a Project Consultant before transitioning to the Jakarta Intercultural School in 2014. There, they took on the role of Program Assistant in both the Elementary School Service-Learning and School-Wide Service-Learning departments. Their responsibilities included developing, organizing, and leading community engagement activities.

In 2019, Vivaldi joined Covalen as a Community Operations Analyst for the Counter-Terrorism (Global Safety) project. They reviewed and analyzed terrorism content on a social media platform and conducted product testing to protect the community. Vivaldi then progressed to become a Quality Auditor and subsequently a Quality Analyst, where they performed quality assessments, conducted data analysis, and provided coaching and mentoring assistance.

Most recently, Vivaldi joined bunq in 2022 as the Team Lead for Operations and Online Support. They are currently responsible for managing a team, ensuring top quality and achieving company goals, providing performance metrics and insights, identifying areas of improvement, and resolving complex user issues.

Throughout their work experience, Vivaldi has received recognition, including being awarded QA top performer and being selected as a mentor and facilitator for various programs.

Vivaldi Asturias began their education at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in 2007 and completed their Bachelor of Social Science degree in Social Development and Welfare in 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In July 2016, they received First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross. In October 2011, they attended the International Conference of ASEAN Young Leaders conducted by The ASEAN Secretariat. Finally, in December 2014, they earned a Google for Education certification from EdTechTeam.
