Pam Blessing

Pam Blessing is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in key account management and sales across the retail and packaging sectors. Currently a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and serving as the Director of Business Development at Bunzl Retail Services, Pam has previously held significant roles at organizations such as ND Packaging, SML Group Limited, Packlane, r-pac International, Suncraft Technologies, and Avery Dennison. With a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising and Design from Illinois State University, Pam has demonstrated a strong focus on driving new business, managing key accounts, and delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
