Gabriel Ceruti

Gabriel Ceruti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gabriel is currently working as an Analyst at Bunzl UK and Ireland since December 2021. Previously, they worked at Photobox as a Supply Chain Analyst from February 2021 to December 2021, where they were responsible for managing Bills of Materials and Material Master Data, creating and reporting forecast data, and supporting the creation of Supply Chain KPIs and dashboards.

Before that, Gabriel worked at EY as an Advisory Services Senior Consultant from November 2017 to November 2019. During their time there, they implemented Supply Chain and Logistics Corporate Policy for a major mining company in Chile, created a Mining suppliers database for the Chilean Government, and conducted data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies.

Gabriel also gained experience at Walmart as a Planning and Logistics Analyst, where they managed CAPEX and P&L for investment projects, reported DC capacity and store demand, and contributed to long-term planning through supply chain data analysis using Llamasoft's Supply Chain Guru.

Prior to Walmart, they worked at Itaú Unibanco as a Credit and Collection Politics Analyst, analyzing credit results and generating monthly reports. Gabriel also conducted ad-hoc data analysis to identify revenue increase and cost reduction opportunities.

Before joining Itaú Unibanco, Gabriel worked at EY as a Consultant from June 2014 to November 2015 and as a Trainee from November 2013 to June 2014. Gabriel also gained experience as a Manufacturing Consultant at Infovia Soluções em Tecnologia from February 2012 to October 2013.

Gabriel's early career includes a role as a Planning and Logistics Analyst and an Internship at Rockwell Automation from January 2011 to February 2012 and December 2010 to January 2011, respectively.

Gabriel Ceruti has a strong educational background in engineering and technology. Gabriel started their education journey in 2007 and graduated from Universidade Federal do ABC in 2010 with a degree in Science & Technology, specializing in general sciences and technology applications. Gabriel then pursued their interest in industrial management and enrolled in Universidade Federal do ABC again, completing their degree in Industrial Engineering in 2015.
