Justine Lane has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Justine currently serves as the Head of Operations at Bunzl UK and Ireland since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon from 2011 onward, holding various roles. Justine was the Head of Operations and Customer Experience in the Tickets division, responsible for leading operations and customer service functions across multiple countries. Justine also served as the Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, overseeing teams and implementing strategies to improve KPIs. Before joining Amazon, Justine worked at Convergys as a Customer Service Operations Manager, managing a telecoms contract for the Post Office and ensuring client service level agreements were met.
