Jeff Caba

Clinical Advisor, Innovation & Technology at Buoy Health

Jeff brings to Buoy 20 years of clinical experience as a physician assistant in urgent care and internal medicine. He also has extensive experience in healthcare administration, most recently as developer and director of an urgent care center. While completing his doctorate in Health Sciences at A.T. Still University, Jeff studied population health, healthcare systems, and evidence-based medicine. He is passionate about developing smart solutions to healthcare challenges and moving beyond the status quo. At Buoy, Jeff works with a highly collaborative team, contributing clinical insight and research to help drive medical product innovation and solutions. Jeff received his Master’s of Health Sciences and Physician Assistant certificate from the Duke University School of Medicine. He also holds a BA in business and a minor in economics from the University of Puget Sound.
