Nandini Suzanna L. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Strata since July 2024, where responsibilities include leading the HR Operations team and managing client billing processes. Previously, Nandini worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ecowiser, focusing on global recruitment and remote team management. Nandini co-founded two startups, WeLe by The Eaglets and HURLAD by The Eaglets, where leadership and recruitment strategies were pivotal in team expansion.
