Catherine Tausney

Catherine Tausney is the Head of People Services at Bupa UK, where they oversee an HR service for approximately 50,000 employees across five businesses. With extensive experience in strategic change management and talent development, Catherine has previously held senior HR roles at Aviva plc and Prudential Assurance, leading initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and workforce capability. They hold a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources from Hull University, along with further qualifications from Strathclyde University and Henley Business School.
