Päivi Lyly

Päivi Lyly has extensive experience in the field of HR and learning & development. Päivi currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at Normet Group, where they are responsible for various global initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and the development of learning experiences. Prior to this, they worked as an HRD Manager at Are Oy, where they led the HRD team and oversaw functions such as competence and leadership development, performance management, recruitment, and eLearning content creation. Päivi also served as an HR Manager, responsible for Are Maintenance Services. Päivi has also held positions at Mehiläinen and Nokia, where they handled various HR-related roles ranging from HR Project Manager to HR Consultant. Päivi'swork involved partnering with senior managers, providing HR consultancy and coaching, and delivering HR processes. Päivi's career began at the University of Helsinki, where they served as a Student Affairs Coordinator.

Päivi Lyly holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Education from the University of Helsinki. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Business Coach® certification from the BCI Business Coaching Institute.
