Danielle Handley

Chief Customer & Transformation Officer at Bupa

Danielle Handley currently serves as the Chief Customer & Transformation Officer at Bupa, beginning in February 2023, while also holding the position of Director for Connected Care. Prior experience includes a tenure at IAG from December 2014 to February 2023, where Danielle was the Executive General Manager of Customer Experience, overseeing customer insight, analytics, and AI with a focus on end-to-end experience design. Danielle also played leadership roles at IAG as Executive General Manager of Venturing & Operations, General Manager of Corporate Partnering, and Head of Strategy for Australia. Earlier career highlights include positions at Team Performance Advisory and FIFO Capital Australia Pty Ltd, as well as advisory roles with Ernst & Young and Lloyds Banking Group. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Creative Intelligence and Strategic Innovation from the University of Technology Sydney, an MBA from Southern Cross University, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts Psychology from Macquarie University.
