Liz Sawyer

Liz Sawyer is an experienced risk management professional with over two decades in the field. Since November 2012, Liz has served as the Head of Risk Governance at Bupa, where responsibilities include the design, development, and implementation of the Group Risk Management Framework and oversight of the Policy Management Framework. Prior to Bupa, Liz worked at Protiviti as a Senior Manager, focusing on risk technology solutions and managing governance portal implementation projects in the UK. Additional experience includes a client role in IT Operational Risk at Barclays and various positions at Deloitte and Andersen, spanning from senior consultant to consultant. Liz holds a degree in Zoology from Newcastle University, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
