Mónica Paramés

Mónica Paramés is the Chief Transformation Officer at Bupa. Mónica has previously worked as the Bupa Europe & Latam (ELA) Chief Risk, Governance & Compliance Officer and the Sanitas Foundation Chairman. Paramés is also a member of the Bupa Executive Management Team of the Market Unit BUPA Europe & Latam.

Mónica Paramés attended Singularity University for an executive program. Mónica then went on to the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School for an advanced management program. Paramés then studied business and corporate law at IE Business School where they received their bachelor's degree.

They are on a team with Dwayne Crombie - Managing Director, Health Services, Mark Glenn - Chief Transformation Officer, and Natalie Field - Chief Digital and Data Officer. Their manager is Iñaki Ereño, Group CEO.
