Some of their notable accomplishments include decoupling growth from climate footprint with 14% business growth and 14% footprint reduction in same period; launching plant based meat ball with 4% of the footprint of standard meatball; 98% of wood used in products either FSC or recycled, 100% of cotton from sustainable sources, stopped selling single used plastic products, selling clean energy in 14 markets; owning 400+ wind turbines producing more renewable energy than used in retail operations; testing circular hubs, second hand stores, offer product take back for resell and partner with 40 social entrepreneurs.

Pia Heidenmark Cook has an extensive educational background in both business and environmental management. Pia has a Technical Licenciate from The International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) at Lund University in strategic environmental management, as well as a Masters in Environmental Management & Policy from Lund University. Pia also has a Masters of Business Administration from Uppsala University. In addition, they have completed the International Directors Programme at INSEAD twice, once in business steering and once in strategy and governance.
