Line Golestani is an experienced social worker currently serving as an Assistante sociale at Fondation de Nant, focusing on transcultural psychiatry since September 2023. With a background in journalism and writing, Line has been a freelance writer since October 2021. Previous roles include collaboration with association Confluences and advising asylum seekers at HEKS - Hilfswerk der Evangelischen Kirchen Schweiz from 2013 to 2019, where responsibilities included providing information on asylum procedures and representing asylum seekers during interviews at the Federal Office for Migration. Line has also worked in various capacities, including as a community advisor for the Ville de Lausanne and a dossier manager for the State of Vaud. Line holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology of Religions from Université de Fribourg and a Licence in Political Science from Université de Neuchâtel, complemented by additional education at the University of Geneva.
