Francesca Lin

Francesca Lin is a seasoned merchandise planner with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently employed at Great Bay Home | Home Fashion Designs, LLC since April 2020, Francesca has previously held various roles at Crate and Barrel from 2013 to 2020, where responsibilities ranged from merchandise planning to visual merchandising. Prior to this, Francesca worked as an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, where significant contributions included executing floor sets and leading recruitment initiatives. Early career experiences also include roles at Yu Ru's Shop and Hung Chung Violin, focused on marketing strategies and event coordination, respectively. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Japanese language and literature from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
