Rich Wallach

Rich Wallach is currently serving as the Director of Housing Development at Burbank Housing, the largest affordable housing developer in the North Bay Area. Previously, Rich worked as a Housing and Community Development Consultant in the California Region and held the position of Senior Director of Community Development at IFF. With a background in real estate and development, Rich has experience in land acquisitions, entitlements, and providing turn-key development services to non-profits. Rich's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Michigan.
