Caroline Laurie

Caroline Laurie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, and business management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at Burberry since June 2022, Caroline previously held the position of Director of Responsible Business & Sustainability at Kingfisher plc from March 2014 to July 2022, where leadership of the sustainability team and strategic development of the Group sustainability strategy were key responsibilities. Caroline’s career began at Asda, progressing from Management Accountant to Buyer in the greetings cards and gifting category. Additionally, significant tenure at B&Q included roles from Buyer to Category Manager, with notable achievements in profit maximization and strategic category management. Caroline holds a History Degree from the University of Birmingham and completed studies at Stockport Grammar School.
