Lucia Lotempio

Lucia LoTempio is an accomplished education associate at Burchfield Penney Art Center since September 2025. Additionally, Lucia serves as an editor, associate editor, and reader for poetry at The Offing since October 2019. Earlier experience includes program manager for Community Services and Education at The Loft Literary Center from September 2021 to August 2025, overseeing mission-driven projects that promote literary arts and racial equity. Lucia held the role of head instructor with Arts Greenhouse at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2020 to September 2021, focusing on arts education and community engagement. Previous positions include senior manager, program manager, and project coordinator at City of Asylum from May 2018 to April 2020 and teaching fellow at the University of Pittsburgh from 2015 to 2018. Lucia holds an MFA in Poetry from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in English Language and Literature from SUNY Geneseo.
