Johannes Berger

Johannes Berger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operational excellence. Currently serving as Manager Assembly & Testing at Burckhardt Compression since October 2025, Johannes previously held various leadership roles at Rheinmetall from August 2021 to September 2025, including Head of Operational Excellence and Senior Manager Industrial Cooperation. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Liebherr Tower Cranes in roles such as Referent in Manufacturing Network & Supply Chain and Fertigungssteurer, where Johannes was involved in technical support, project management, and production optimization. Johannes began the career as a Konstruktionsmechaniker at Eggert Stahlbau. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and several specialized certifications, including Meistertitel in Metal Construction and International Welding Specialist.
