Roland Aigner

Head Of Global Engineering at Burckhardt Compression Holding AG

Roland Aigner began their work experience in 2007 as a Research Engineer at Burckhardt Compression. Roland then moved on to Burckhardt Components in 2013, where they served as the Head of Development and Sizing. In 2015, they returned to Burckhardt Compression as the Manager of Valve and Capacity Control. Roland later took on the role of Manager of Design Project Execution until 2020, when they became the Head of Global Engineering.

Roland Aigner earned their first degree, a Diplom Ingenieur, in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Wien in the years 1996 to 2003. Roland later pursued further education and obtained a doctorate degree, Dr. techn., in Strömungsmechanik from the same institution from 2004 to 2007. In 2014 to 2016, they attended Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Executive Management.
