Stepan Efimov

Stepan Efimov has a diverse work experience in the field of electric motors, drives, and CAD. Stepan started their career as a Project Engineer at Universal Electric, Ltd in 2005. Stepan then worked as an Electrical Designer at Pöyry from 2007 to 2010. Stepan joined Burckhardt Compression in 2010 and held various positions, including Project Manager, Teamleader, and Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Strategic Data Management at Burckhardt Compression.

Stepan Efimov has a diverse education history. Stepan obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Applied IT from ETH Zürich in the year 2022. Prior to that, between 2014 and 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at ZHAW School of Management and Law. In 2006 to 2007, they completed a Master's degree in Power Electronics at LUT University. Stepan started their academic journey by obtaining an Engineer's degree in Electric Drives and Automation from Saint Petersburg State Technological University for Plant Polymers from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Stepan also holds certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stepan received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Technical University of Munich in July 2021. In May 2020, they completed the course "6.431x: Probability - The Science of Uncertainty and Data" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
