Viveik Babu, PMP®, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive project management expertise honed over a decade at Burckhardt Compression, serving as Senior Project Manager and previously holding roles including Vendor Development Manager and Project Manager. In the current role, Viveik directs comprehensive project management for liquefied natural gas vessels, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and quality control. Previous responsibilities include developing local supply chains in Korea and China, conducting vendor audits, and managing international projects while ensuring adherence to budgetary and schedule parameters. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master's in Business Administration from esteemed institutions, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additional training in Organizational Leadership was completed at IMD.
