The responsibilities include conducting extensive research on luxury industry-related topics, coming up with new content ideas, and creating in-depth articles for publication on burdaluxury.com as part of its new Insights column. The articles written for a B2B audience aim to explore topics that will help showcase the latest updates and insights in the luxury sector (for example, through interviews with people in the luxury industry) in order to create long-form articles and in-depth analytical articles.
Responsibilities:
Research luxury industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
Develop interesting story angles for BurdaLuxury’s corporate website around the luxury industry in Asia, identifying the latest luxury trends to recommend new topics
Draft high-quality, in-depth articles around trending topics in the luxury industry
Conduct simple keyword research, utilizing SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Qualifications:
Based in India
Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, communication studies, or an adjacent field.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Prior writing experience, preferably as a freelancer.
Familiarity with mainstream word processing software.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
Portfolio of published articles
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Familiarity with web publications
Experience with WordPress/CMS
