George Higgins

George Higgins has a long history of professional experience. From 1967 to 2008, they served as Major General in the U.S. Army. In 2008, they transitioned to a new role as VP for Army Strategic Programs at Burdeshaw Associates.

George Higgins received their Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1972, majoring in National Security and Public Affairs. George then went on to obtain their Master of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1980, majoring in Philosophy.
