Pascal Henon-Hilaire

Pascal Henon-Hilaire serves as Directeur Region Nord Est at ALPES CONTROLES since October 2006, focusing on the development of activities related to technical construction control, safety management, asbestos and lead diagnostics, and operational verifications across multiple agencies. Previously, from September 2001 to September 2005, Pascal directed ITII Pays de la Loire, leading an engineering school that developed new programs in construction and public works in collaboration with industry stakeholders. Pascal holds a DESS in Structures and Methods from Centre des Hautes Etudes de la Construction and an Agrégation in Civil Engineering from Ecole normale supérieure.
