Cassandra Koning

Cassandra Koning is an accomplished health policy professional with extensive experience in project management and advisory roles within the healthcare sector. Since January 2016, Cassandra has served as the founder and advisor at Bureau Helder, offering external insights and support to organizations. Notable positions include program manager at Volante GGZ from February 2018 to August 2024, leading efforts to enhance collaboration among multiple mental health institutions to improve care quality. Cassandra has held numerous project leadership roles, focusing on governance, smoke-free initiatives, and digital collaboration in healthcare across various organizations, including Ikazia, Mediant Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg, and Deventer Ziekenhuis.
