Experience also includes serving as Tribal Operations Officer at the DOI Bureau of Indian Affairs, West Area Manager at USDA Rural Development, and Community Development Manager for RurAL CAP, among others. Educational background consists of a BA in Rural Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and studies in Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
