Sourya Roy

Sourya Roy is a Graduate Civil Engineer with experience at the Bureau of Indian Standards since October 2022, focusing on the scrutiny of Inspection Reports and Test Reports from Factory Inspections. Previously, Sourya worked as an Assistant Engineer at Netraum Ayurveda, where responsibilities included scrutinizing test reports from sample batches. Educational credentials include a Master of Technology in Water Resources Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (2019-2021), and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (2014-2018). Additionally, Sourya served as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, assisting senior researchers and delivering presentations related to Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. An industrial trainee experience was gained at the Central Public Works Department, Government of India, in July 2017.
