David S. Dick

David S. Dick serves as the Supervisory Natural Resources Specialist for the Bureau of Land Management's Renewable Energy Coordination Office, leading a team in the permitting process for renewable energy projects. With experience as an Archaeologist in the same bureau, David has significant expertise in NHPA Section 106 and NEPA compliance for renewable energy initiatives. Previous roles include Compliance and Project Archaeologist/Tribal Liaison with the National Park Service, as well as various Archaeological Technician positions with the U.S. Forest Service. David's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Cultural Resource Management and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology, both from the University of Montana.
