Ryan Howell

Ryan Howell is a seasoned program manager and event coordinator with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and events. As the Turkey Mountain Park and River Parks Program Manager at River Parks Authority since June 2016, Ryan has been instrumental in implementing the Turkey Mountain Master Plan, overseeing budgets for multi-million dollar projects, and coordinating diverse events such as festivals and races. In addition to this role, Ryan serves as the Director of Venue Operations for the Blue Whale Comedy Festival and holds a position on the Executive Committee for Linde Oktoberfest Tulsa as the Games Chair. A founder of the BaseCamp Camping and Music Festival, Ryan also brings expertise as an archaeologist with the Bureau of Land Management and has contributed to local storytelling events as a co-organizer and host. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Archaeology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Oklahoma.
