Seth Flanigan

Seth Flanigan is a Senior Natural Resource Specialist at the Bureau of Land Management, where responsibilities include drafting management plans for wilderness areas and scenic rivers, coordinating staff, and preparing NEPA documents. Previous roles at ATC Associates Inc. and the US Forest Service involved environmental science, soil and groundwater sampling, water rights inventory, and water quality surveys, as well as GIS skills for data management. Seth also has experience as a ski instructor and has worked as a lab assistant and GIS analyst during academic pursuits. Seth holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Environmental and Natural Resource Administration from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Utah State University.
