Belinda Parker

Belinda Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and project leadership across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Observing Operations Hub at the Bureau of Meteorology since April 2023, Belinda oversees the Brisbane Hub's operations and maintenance of observation infrastructure in Southern Queensland and northern New South Wales, leading a team of technical experts to ensure exceptional service delivery. Previously, as Director of Network Locksmiths and Security from 2013 to June 2022, Belinda managed an electronic security and locksmith company until its acquisition by a national services company. Belinda's prior roles at Telstra included Project Manager and Regional Implementation Manager, where responsibilities encompassed program management and stakeholder engagement. With foundational experience as General Manager at Brisbane Locksmiths Pty Ltd, Belinda holds diplomas in Project Management and Business from TAFE NSW.
