Argyro Frangoulis

Argyro Frangoulis has over 15 years of experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Lead and Project Manager at Bureau Veritas Group since August 2007. In this role, Argyro ensures effective communication between clients and laboratories while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Prior experience includes working as a Standards Custodian at Maxxam Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed preparing and managing laboratory standards, and a decade-long tenure at Mourelatos Supermarket with roles as Grocery Store Manager and Head Cashier, overseeing store operations and staff performance. Argyro holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Concordia University and a DEC in Health Science from Vanier College, and is a member of the Order of Chemists of Quebec.
